GRAMBLING, LA – The GSU softball team dropped a 2-1 decision to Southeastern Louisiana University on Wednesday evening at the Grambling State University Softball Complex. The loss drops the Lady Tigers 6-17 overall.
After four scoreless innings, Southeastern Louisiana posted two runs in the top of the fifth inning. The Lady Tigers would respond posting one run in the bottom of the fifth inning off of a LaQuisha Wood RBI. Both teams would remain scoreless for the rest of the contest.
GSU will return to action on March 20th when they travel to Baton Rouge to take on the Lady Jaguars of Southern University. Game time is set for 2:00 PM.
