Host of Tigers Named to All-Louisiana Team

Grambling, LA --- Grambling State distance runner Darwin Price and Markeisha Peterson led a group of Tigers and Lady Tigers recently named to the All-Louisiana team.
Price, the 2009 SWAC Outdoor Outstanding Male Runner, help lead the Tigers as they clinched both indoor and outdoor conference titles.
Joining Price who received first team honors for the 3,000 m steeplechase are Brian Ramos who was named second team in the 1,500 and Peterson (100 m H), Asia Wright (Long Jump) and Dara Burton (High Jump) who received third team honors.
