Entering tonight’s game a win would have guaranteed the Tigers post season play. However,  despite the setback the Tigers will make a return after a two-year hiatus to the 2010 Farmers Insurance SWAC Basketball Tournament by virtue over a Texas Southern 66-62 win over GSU’s in-state rival Southern. GSU will face the Tigers of Jackson State Wednesday at 8 pm at the Centry-Tel Arena in Bossier City, LA..
