Grambling, LA---The Grambling State Tigers football team took to the field for a mid morning practice as they've kicked off their 2010 preseason campaign.
The Tigers got back to basics as they focused on conditioning, alignments and assignments with their goal at this time to get fundamentally better.
“Like always we have a lot of work to do before we are a good football team,” said Head Coach Rod Broadway. “But on the other side kids are working hard and hopefully we can develop until a good team.”
The Tigers will once again take to the practice field tomorrow morning at 9 am to continue work outs. Grambling will open its season in the Port City Classic against Louisiana Tech on September 4 in Shreveport, LA.
