GRAMBLING, La  (May 13, 2013) -  After winning the Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship, the Grambling State University Men's Track and Field team will to compete at the NCAA East Regional May 16^th  through the 18^th in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

The list of student-athletes, by event, who have been accepted to compete in each preliminary championship competition, plus those who, have been accepted to compete in the heptathlon or decathlon at the final championships competition, will be announced on Thursday, May 16, by 12 noon.

The Tigers took home four first place finishes at the SWAC Championship late last month, including the 400 meter relay title.  Individually, the Tigers took home three first place titles, including Akeem Williams in the 400 meters, Keenun Guillory 110 meter hurdles and Shawn Jackson in the 400 meter hurdles.
