
After a consistent effort throughout the spring, the Grambling State Tiger defense concluded the end of spring drills in fine fashion as the Black team defeated the Gold team 28-12 at Robinson Stadium during the annual Black & Gold Game before more than 1,000 spectators on Saturday afternoon.

The Grambling State Tiger football team concludes their spring drills on Saturday afternoon with the annual Black & Gold Spring Football Game beginning at 1 p.m. in Robinson Stadium. In addition to the game, several activities are planned before and after the game highlighted by an appearance from the GSU Pep Band, cheerleaders and the honoring of all former football lettermen.

The Grambling State football team conducted a short scrimmage on Monday afternoon in the confines of Robinson Stadium. While the offense had several big plays, the afternoon belonged to the defense.

The Grambling State Tiger football team will honor all former football lettermen following the team’s annual Black & Gold Spring Football Game on Apr. 19 at Robinson Stadium.
