NEW ORLEANS, La. - Grambling remained hot on the track as both the men’s and women’s track teams lead the field after the first day of competition in the 2008 SWAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

The Grambling State outdoor men’s and women’s track teams traveled to Austin, Texas this past weekend to participate in the annual Texas Relays on the campus of The University of Texas.

The Grambling State women’s track team traveled to Baton Rouge, La. this past weekend to participate in the 2008 LSU Tiger Relays at Bernie Moore Stadium.  Grambling State had a productive weekend on the track as the Lady Tigers captured 18 top 10 finishes and three top three finishes in the relay events.

BATON ROUGE, La. - With the SWAC Track and Field Indoor Championships set to begin this weekend, the Grambling State men’s and women’s track teams had their final tune-up this past weekend as they participated in the LSU Twilight Invitational on Friday, Feb. 22.

HOUSTON - The Grambling State men’s and women’s track teams traveled to Houston on Feb. 16 to participate in the University of Houston All-Comers Meet on Feb. 16.

LAKE CHARLES, La. – The GSU Lady Tiger track team had a strong meet this past weekend at McNeese State as they recorded two first place finishes in the field events and one on the track.
